I am an artist working across multiple forms. Vital, playful and intimate, you eat, you hold a handle and somehow it holds you, your hands smooth the corners of a bar of soap and you wash.
Alumnus of the Royal College of Art (2024-25), the University of Cambridge (2011-14) and the Curious School of Puppetry (2016), my work has been exhibited at the Hepworth Wakefield, Saatchi Gallery, Newlyn Gallery and CASS Sculpture Foundation. I have worked in the UK, Europe, South Africa and the US with companies including Ontroerend Goed, Handspring Puppet Company and Paines Plough as well as with chef, Thomasina Miers and at St John Restaurant, Smithfield.
Through dance, clay, food, ash and light; impression, expression, touch and digestion; the stuff at the beginning, the stuff that sustains us and the last remnants, I am making work for you.
For your hands and your body, with mine.
